ArtLynk P1 Digital System: The standout feature is the 1080p/60fps digital feed. It delivers a crisp, colorful image that makes it much easier to spot branches and obstacles compared to grainy analog video.
Beginner-Friendly Sensors: It features an optical flow sensor and a barometer on the bottom. In N-Mode, the drone will hold its position and altitude automatically—perfect for your very first flight or if you need to take your hands off the sticks for a second.
Refined 2S Power: Moving up from the 1S system of the Aquila16, the 20 uses a 2S 1100mAh smart battery. This provides more "punch" for outdoor flying in light wind and supports extended flight times of up to 10 minutes.
VR04 HD Goggles: These goggles aren't just for the feed—they feature a one-button DVR to record your flights in 1080p and a "glasses-friendly" design with plenty of room for your spectacles inside.
LiteRadio 4 SE: The included transmitter uses ExpressLRS (ELRS) 2.4G, the industry standard. It even has Bluetooth, so you can connect it to your PC/Mac and practice in an FPV simulator like Liftoff or Uncrashed.

Pilot's Reality Check:
Proprietary Batteries: The drone uses a specific "slide-in" battery housing. While very convenient and safe, it means you have to buy BetaFPV’s specific Aquila20 batteries rather than generic LiPos.
Altitude Limits: The optical flow sensors work best under 3 meters (10ft). If you fly higher, the "auto-hover" becomes less reliable and you'll need to manage the throttle more manually.
Manual Mode Learning: While it can do manual/acro mode, it is a bit heavy. It’s better for learning the basics of manual flight than for doing aggressive high-speed freestyle.
Flyer's POV: Flying the Aquila20 HD feels like having training wheels that you can take off whenever you want. The digital image is the real star—it feels like you're actually in the cockpit rather than looking through an old fuzzy TV. It’s quiet, durable, and the "Turtle Mode" (which flips the drone over if you crash upside down) means you spend more time flying and less time walking to pick it up.
