The CineLog20 HD RunCam Wasp is a lightweight pusher-style 2-inch drone optimized for cinematic capture in complex environments. It features a redesigned vibration-dampening camera gimbal that eliminates "jello" in your video feed, making it a perfect platform for carrying a Naked GoPro. Powered by SPEEDX2 1303.5 motors and 4S batteries, it offers a surprisingly quiet and stable flight feel for professional indoor storytelling.

Product Description

The GEPRC CineLog20 HD RunCam Wasp is a compact 2-inch cinewhoop designed for high-definition indoor filming and tight-space navigation. By using the RunCam Link (Vista) system with the Wasp camera, it provides a high-performance digital FPV experience at a more accessible price point than the DJI O3 version.

  • 2-Inch Pusher Configuration: The "pusher" design (motors facing downward) increases propeller efficiency and provides a clearer view for the camera. Its small 100mm wheelbase allows it to fly through gaps that 2.5-inch and 3-inch drones simply cannot fit through.

  • RunCam Wasp Digital System: This kit uses the RunCam Wasp camera paired with a Link VTX (Vista compatible). The Wasp camera is famous for its 120fps high frame rate and 155° wide-angle lens, providing a incredibly smooth and expansive view in your goggles.

  • Specialized Camera Gimbal: GEPRC developed a new soft-mount system for the camera plate. This independent damping effectively isolates motor vibrations, ensuring that even if you mount a Naked GoPro 8/9/10/11 or Insta360 Go 2, your footage remains buttery smooth.

  • Injection Molded Protection: The prop guards are made from a high-toughness, impact-resistant material. They are designed not only to protect the propellers but also to protect people and objects during indoor flights, making it a "safety-first" cinematic tool.

  • Tuned for Silence: Using EMAX Avan Micro 2x2.4x4 four-blade propellers, the CineLog20 is significantly quieter than traditional 2-inch drones. This allows you to film in public spaces or around people without causing as much distraction.

The Pilot's Reality Check:

  • O3 vs. Wasp: While the DJI O3 version can record 4K internally, this Wasp version is meant for those who prefer the look of a Naked GoPro or who are flying with older DJI Goggles (V1/V2) and want the lowest possible latency (28ms).

  • Indoor Specialist: This is not a "wind fighter." While it can fly outdoors on calm days, its true home is inside warehouses, homes, and offices where precision matters more than top speed.

🤔 Frequently Asked Questions
  • What makes the "Wasp" version different from the O3 version?

The Wasp version uses the RunCam Link (Caddx Vista compatible) system. While the O3 version can record 4K internally, the Wasp is focused on providing a high-quality 720p/120fps low-latency feed to your DJI FPV Goggles V2 or Goggles 2. It is generally lighter and more affordable, but you will need a "Naked" GoPro or similar camera if you want stabilized 4K footage.

  • How does the vibration damping work on such a small frame?

GEPRC implemented a redesigned camera gimbal that uses soft silicone damping rings. This mechanically decouples both the FPV camera and the action camera mount from the frame's high-frequency motor vibrations, effectively removing "jello" from your video feed.

  • Is it quiet enough for indoor use?

Yes. The combination of the pusher design and the EMAX Avan Micro 2-inch propellers is tuned to produce a lower-pitched, less "whiny" sound profile. This makes it less distracting when flying around people or in quiet office environments.

  • Can it carry a full GoPro?

No. A full-sized GoPro is too heavy and would severely degrade the flight performance. This drone is specifically designed for "Naked" cameras (like the GEPRC GP9/10/11), the DJI Action 2, or the Insta360 GO series.

  • What is the typical flight time?

On a recommended 4S 450mAh–660mAh LiHv battery, you can expect between 4 and 6 minutes of flight. If you are carrying a Naked GoPro, expect the flight time to lean toward the 4-minute mark.
